Jay Donovan, Manager Genetic Sales & Marketing

Jay Donovan has had more then 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing and more then 18 years involved in case production, sales and marketing in the genetic testing industry. Donovan came to Fairfax Identity Laboratories (FIL) to organize and implement its current sales and marketing programs. He was also responsible for the creation of FIL's Value Added Reseller programs as well and the conception, design and implementation of FIL's Home Identity Test series (HIT) and FIL's popular downloadable kit systems (QuickHIT). Recently, he has been active in the development of FIL's Confidential Identity Test (CID), a DNA profiling package, which was designed as response to the tragic events of 9/11. Mr. Donovan graduated from Radford University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Lonna Durrence

Lonna Durrence joined the Fairfax Identity Laboratories' Sales and Marketing Staff in 1997. She has 10 years of sales and marketing in the Paternity/Identity industry. She received Salesperson of the Year her first year in the sales field. She also comes to us with 8 years of lab experience prior to her sales career including 3 years as laboratory manager of Bone Marrow division. Lonna has developed a strong presence in the Immigration market. Her excellent communication skills have allowed her to work with many US embassy around the world, not only in a sales capacity but also as a customer advocate. She prides herself in customer satisfaction.

Lonna graduated from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 1987 with a B.S. in Biology.

Tillary Griffith

Tillary Griffith joined CBI in May of 2000 as an Office Services Specialist specifically responsible for establishing and implementing a primary "triage" for new client inquiries. In addition, she assumed responsibility for the traditional customer service activities as well as being the "go to" person for a wide variety of administrative activities within CBI. In 2005, she was promoted to Marketing Associate with primary responsibility for Customer Service for Fairfax Identity Laboratories, a recently acquired Division of CBI. Continuing the tradition, she is also responsible for most other administrative functions within Sales & Marketing.
