CBI has the ability to synthesize milligram to gram quantities of homogenous peptides incorporating any of the conventional or modified amino acid residues or a host of chromogenic, fluorogenic, or radiolabelled reporter groups. Both t-BOC and FMOC chemistries are available and our coupling techniques can be modified to suit the investigator's needs.

CBI's instrument inventory includes a multiple reaction vessel Advanced Chemtech Synthesizer as well as several other synthesis instruments to permit generation of heterogeneous peptide libraries or large quantities of individual peptides. Peptides can be prepared following diimide, mixed anhydride, or active ester coupling chemistries. Fragment condensation and in situ neutralization strategies are also available to generate long-chain peptides of more than 50 residues.

Milligram to gram quantities of designer peptides can be
synthesized via t-BOC or FMOC chemistries.

Peptide libraries are our specialty, and are synthesized with our 48
column Advanced Chemtech Multiple Column Instrument.

Conjugates can be prepared with virtually any carrier protein, and
we offer routine 90 day standard immunization protocols.

Synthesized peptides are routinely purified by RP-HPLC
although other strategies are also available.

Turn-around time for synthesis, purification and characterization
of your peptide is usually 5-10 working days.
