CBI offers peptide mapping services using cyanogen bromide, trypsin, V-8 protease, thermolysin, etc. The resulting peptides can be analyzed (and recovered) by reverse-phase HPLC or analyzed by MALDI-TOF.

Analysis by HPLC:	$450 includes the digest of your choice and analytical HPLC.
Analysis by MALDI-TOF:	$1000, includes the digest (in gel or solution phase), MALDI-TOF analysis, and a search of the database)

Proteomics Services

2-dimensional gel analysis:	$625 Per Gel
Denistrometry/gel overlay:	$125 Per Hour (1 Hour Minimum)
MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry:	$185 Per Resolved Protein
MALDI-TOF Peptide Mapping, includes the digest (in gel or solution phase), MALDI-TOF analysis, and a search of the database:/FONT>	$1000 Per Resolved Protein
