Mass Spectral Analysis

CBI offers mass spectral analysis by ES/MS, HPLC/ES/MS, or MALDI-TOF techniques. For the analysis price, we will do all we can to make interpretable ions, including additional steps of sample cleanup and concentration (Sep Pak). We operate in both the positive and negative ion modes, and sample turn around time is usually about 3 days, but can be shorter if the sample readily makes good ions.

PSD/CID Fragment - Sequence Analysis:	$1250 (5-10 Residues)
MALDI-TOF Peptide Mapping, includes the digest (in gel or solution phase), MALDI-TOF analysis, and a search of the database:	$1000
ES/MS
Macromolecule Studies:	$185 per sample
HPLC/ES/MS
Set up:	$350
Each Individual Spectrum Acquired:	$70
