Library Screening

CBI will screen its libraries (limited), or libraries provide by you, using [32P]labeled probes (oligonucleotide, plasmid, PCR fragment, etc.). Genomic DNA or cDNA libraries can be screened. Clones will be single plaque (or colony) purified and analyzed as requested.
